Job Description
- Design and modify data models and processes to improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with business teams and analysts to gather and analyze requirements.
- Convert business needs into reporting specifications using data from multiple sources.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, Excel,and Power Query.
- Build ETL pipelines and manage data transformation workflows.
- Conduct data analysis, perform data quality checks, and create detailed documentation.
- Deliver ad-hoc reports and train end users on new reporting tools.
- Develop interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau for real-time insights into production KPIs and supply chain metrics.
- Work with large datasets and BigQuery to extract, clean, and transform data for operational reporting.
- Automated Excel-based reports using advanced formulas and VBA Macros, reducing manual effort and increasing accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with experience is required

Job Description
- Preparing various documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), General System
- design (GSD) and Impact documents
- Modelling Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Data Flow Diagrams using MS Visio
- Facilitating meeting discussions between business users, business analysts and technical
- analysts
- Gathering requirements by conducting meetings and brainstorming sessions with end users and
- SME and documenting them using Requisite Pro
- Using Microsoft Visio for Business Process Modelling and Data flow diagrams
- Modelling Language (UML) in an SOA environment
- Working closely with the Enterprise Data Warehouse team and Business Intelligence
- Conducting JAD sessions with management: SME, vendors, users and other stakeholders for
- open and pending issues
- Experience in development methodologies SDLC, AGILE
- Designing and reviewing various documents including the Software Requirement Specifications
- (SRS), Business requirements document (BRD), Use Case Specifications Functional Specifications
- (FSD) Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) and testing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field with experience is required
